I was very surprised by the quality and flavor of their dishes, the first time we went we ordered the chicken strips and the second time the ribs, both delicious and the service was perfect, their non-alcoholic drinks are a little sweeter than I would like But Even so, they are delicious and the alcoholic drinks may seem small But the alcohol content is more than enough, the first time there was no event and we didn't have to wait, the second time it seems to me that there was an important match between America and Cruz Azul and still It was very full, it only took us a few minutes to get in. 15 minutes. The bathrooms are very clean and the place too, if you are looking for an American type food place this is the place.
The food was incredible. The prices were great versus the quality of the food, services and portions.
I went when there were few people, generally good. It took them little time to bring the food and it was prepared as requested. As more people arrived, it seemed that they took longer to deliver the dishes. Taste and temperature of food good.
I really liked the service
The place is nice, the food is not to be said, something we can't complain about, the service was friendly and fast, the atmosphere had loud music at times but I guess it was because of the songs.
The servis was outstanding it took 5 minutes to have my lunch ready and the teast was perfect 100 porcent recommended
The food is good, nothing exceptional. The service is very good, however, it's noticeable that they're understaffed, especially during peak hours. The kitchen is a disaster; they send incomplete dishes, although they manage to get them out in a reasonable amount of time. I'm giving it 5 stars because I'm convinced these are details that could be improved and because they have some flaws that are evident in many restaurants these days: The waiters and waitresses refer to all diners as "boys," which is unpleasant. It seems they don't know the timing of meals. We ordered an appetizer to snack on while our main courses arrived, but they brought us the main courses first and the appetizer after we'd finished the main courses. We would have liked to have more drinks, but it took more than 20 minutes for the drinks to arrive.
Excellent service. Very generous portions.
